The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and the Utilities Filed Separate Petitions in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit with Regards to the Suspension of the NWF Fees Paid by the Ratepayers Until DOE Resumes the Nuclear Waste Disposal Program.
